{ FUN }

hello again blogging world!!! So I have been VERY boring with my blog (sorry just been lacking any luster lately). Finally though we have done some things that I could post about and have gotten some pictures of ***WARNING lots of photos*** so here you go and enjoy!

Last week was a bit crazy it was my nephew Emory's 6th birthday, Nash graduated from Idaho State, Mother's Day, my niece Sari was blessed and it was mine and Preston's one year anniversary from the day we were sealed!!! I went up to Idaho with my parents for the massive celebration (Preston had to stay home and go to school :( but we were able to celebrate our anniversary when I got home).

Ohhh how I love little Sari!!!I am thinking about what the ramifications would be if I stole her?....Heather would be mad since she went though that whole Preggo thing and all... probably ;)

Some pictures at the church after Sari's blessing, Nash gave a wonderful blessing and just look at Sari's dress that Nash's mom made her!!!

Emory got roller blades for his birthday so he is just trying to learn while getting ran over by his sisters :)

Preston and I were able to go to 2 sessions of General Conference back in April with my parents, we had such a good time with them and conference was wonderful!

Back in March the Young Women that I coach went to the Region Championship Game in Basketball!!! Last year we took 1st and this year we took 2nd...not too shabby!!! I am so proud of my girls they played such a good game! I love this calling so much I just adore my girls! (sorry this is so old the game was the same weekend that Jackie died and I totally forgot about these pictures!)

Mona Vie

I am sure some of you have heard Preston and I talking about this stuff called Mona Vie and how much we love it. I want to get on here and scream from the roof tops how awesome this juice we found is:) Mona Vie is an all natural juice made up of 19 fruits and berries...that's all that is in it (coming from a couple extreme health nuts believe us when we say nothing else is in it). This juice is full of antioxidants and very healthy, people are seeing awesome results after taking it. Let me give you the example of what we experienced, remember on my last post how I was complaining about how sore I always was? Well I started drinking this juice and guess what...the soreness is GONE!!! Preston refs varsity basketball and usually after he refs for 4 hours his ankles are sore the next morning, since he started on the juice...no soreness either! This stuff really is awesome so we decided that we would sell it and make some money while we are getting healthier :) I am going to put some links on here so that you guys can check it out! If you have any questions let me know, we will be trying to pull together some Mona Vie parties so let me know if you want to come!!!

Here is an official blurb about what Mona Vie is all about :)
What is MonaVie?
MonaVie is a functional beverage that was created under the watchful eye of a distinguished group of health care experts.

The Fruits
MonaVie is comprised of a blend of 19 different fruits. More than 100 fruits were tested and 19 were selected for their natural benefits.

Serving Size
The recommended serving size of MonaVie is 1-2 ounces, two times a day.

Açai Berry
The açai berry (pronounced ah-sah-ee) is the "Crown Jewel" found in the MonaVie blend. The ingredient label on the MonaVie bottle indicates the fruit that is most prevalent is the amazing açai berry...found only high atop towering palm trees in the lush, Amazon Rain Forest of South America.

The Importance of Phytonutrients
Phytonutrients are dietary components that are somewhat new to the field of nutrition.Phytonutrients are generally described as chemical components of plants that favorably alter the structure or function of the body. They have been shown to have beneficial effects on health and disease prevention. In an era of remarkable nutritional discoveries, it is appropriate to broaden our definition of a nutrient to include substances proven by rigorous scientific methods that are involved in disease prevention.

MonaVie includes 19 deeply pigmented fruits from around the world, since this provides the widest spectrum of disease-fighting, health-enhancing phytonutrients and antioxidants.

Mona Vie is a delicious and energizing blend of the Brazilian Acia berry - one of natures top super-foods - and other Nutrient dence fruits. Mona Vie produces the phytonutrients and antioxidants you need to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Busy Bees

My goodness look how boring we are!! We really have been some busy bees, it seems like since Jackie died we haven't slowed down. Preston has been busily trying to complete helicopter school (we are hoping by the end of May)he has been working so hard and I am very proud of him! I have lived at the gym lately. If you count my two hour workouts in the mornings before I actually start work I am there about 10 hours a day 6 days a week! Yuck. I am still preparing for my figure competition but I think we have to push it back to the August show. It truly is one of the hardest things I have done, every day I am so sore I can barley move and the soreness never leaves, and lets not even talk about the diet from hell! (excuse my french but it is insane!) so it had better be worth it and I better have one amazing six pack by the end of this! :) The only really fun thing we have been able to do was to attend 2 sessions of Conference in Salt Lake. It was so wonderful to have a break from life and stress and just relax and enjoy the messages from our Prophet and Apostles! (we took pictures but they are on my mom's camera) other then that it has has been work and school for Preston and work and work for me!

Preston + Tara + 2 years = Anniversary!!!

So yesterday was our 2 year wedding anniversary! But we didn't get to do anything romantical or fun...for those of you that don't know Preston's sister Jackie passed away Saturday morning. She was only 27, had a little one year old, and just got married barely 2 months ago! Jackie passed away in her sleep and we don't know the reason behind this yet. This has shaken his family as you could imagine. So we have been planning a funeral instead of getting away and being romantical. But you know what? We didn't need to go away, this has been very powerful for us in the sense that our appreciation for each other has been brought to the forefront. Preston and I may have just celebrated 2 years but on the 16th will be 6 years that we have been together. We have sat here thinking what would we have done if the other had passed only a couple months after getting married, when everything is so fresh and wonderful and your feelings are still so rich and amazing. It hurts to think about huh?? So I am grateful for this small blessing through the pain that has made me take a step back and realize just how much Preston is the center of my world and how grateful I am for this Church and the knowledge it gives us :) Sorry to be so serious but it just really threw things into focus about how much I truly love this man and could never exist with out him! I LOVE YOU Preston Happy 2 Year Anniversary!!!

Here are some photos from the day we became the Juglers...

He asked...I said yes!!

Today marks the 2 year anniversary of when Preston proposed to me, so I thought it would be fun to tell everyone the story :)
Ok a little back story is that Preston and I had dated for 4 years(yes I said 4). I had obviously been waiting a LONG time :) Preston actually asked my dad for permission on Christmas day but didn't have a ring for me yet but we started planning anyways. We also had booked a cruise with 30 friends to go to Mexico over Valentines week 6 months in advanced.
Which leads me up to the story.....OK so by the time we went on our cruise the whole wedding was planned, I mean it the dress was bought the place booked, everything but one thing........the ring! So here I was like 2 days before our cruise asking Preston were the heck my ring was because we needed our engagements taken (I wanted the ring for that) anyways he told me it still wasn't made yet (insert bridezilla here) and that we would get it when we got back which meant we would have oh like 3 seconds to take the pictures in order to get the announcements out in time. Fast forward to the cruise....the second day aboard it was just a day at sea so we decided to go "sun" ourselves in the beautiful Mexico sun! As Seen here: So after spending several hours out on the deck getting all sunned up we went in to find our friends and find out when they wanted to meet for dinner( which happened to be the fancy dress up dinner on the cruise). I was thinking I would have PLENTY of time to beautify myself for the big meal. WRONG DEAD WRONG!!! When we found our friends they were all already dressed up in their gowns and suits waiting for us!!! (Insert me DIEING right here) and here we were gross and sweaty from being out on the deck of a freaking ship all day! So his friends gave us oh a generous 30 minutes to get ready and meet them down in the dinning room.....30 minutes!!! seriously!!! anyone who knows me knows I am not a 30 minute kind of girl ESPECIALLY to get into a formal gown!!! So lets just say the inner diva, bridezilla, crazed maniac came out in me, things were thrown(hair dryer), tears were shed, hair was lost, things might have been said...and through it all there was Preston being SO sweet and trying to help me get ready. Telling me I was beautiful and not to worry about what my hair looked like (yeah like that went over well). He was wonderful...I was a downright B.... if you know what I mean. So 30 minutes later we were seated at the table with our friends, I was not happy. Since I was soo unhappy Preston suggested that our good friend Michelle take a picture of us (he knows those make me happy) from across the table since we looked so nice. As seen here: After she took the picture Preston asked to see the camera to make sure the picture came out, he simply looked at the picture and said, "you know Michelle will you take another picture of us something is missing" and handed the camera back to Michelle but told her to wait a second....umm yeah here you go: So Preston got down on one knee in front of the entire dinning room and asked me to marry him!!! Don't ask me what he said I heard Tara...then blah blah blah (I was to focused looking at the ring to even remember, hehe) but..... I must have SAID YES!!!!!

And I have to say even though the wedding was planned and I knew he would be asking soon I was still VERY surprised by it! I really believed him when he told me before we left that the ring wasn't done yet...and then he also did it 2 days before Valentines day (he said that it would have been "obvious" on that day). So there you go that's our story...I will always feel so bad that I was in such a bad mood over my stupid hair, but let me tell you I didn't even think of my hair for the rest of that night!!!
